ORDERING

The customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone about the confirmation of the order of products and services or the sending of the ordered shipment.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the customer's offer, and the product for which delivery has been ordered will be sent to the delivery service in the shortest possible time: 1-3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days excluded).
The customer must request an R1 invoice before issuing the invoice, subsequent requests for an R1 invoice will not be accepted.
