COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
In case of complaint, damage during delivery, error in data transmission or any other defect, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to submit a complaint by e-mail or by telephone to the branch from which he ordered the shipment immediately.
The shipment must be immediately unpacked and inspected in front of a transport service employee, and a supporting document for a claim must be printed if the shipment arrived damaged.
We will not accept any subsequent complaints that are not signed by the transport service or reviewed immediately upon receipt together with the employee who delivered the goods.
The terms established by the Obligatory Relations Act and other positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia apply to buyers and merchants.
The user acquires the right to complain if:
- the goods were not delivered according to the instructions in the order
- delivered goods do not meet the standards
- was damaged during delivery
When receiving the goods, checking the correctness of the order depends on the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, it must be noted immediately because subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
We will solve all the mentioned complaints in agreement with the customer, that is, the recipient of the goods.
We accept complaints according to the manufacturer's specification for the product you purchased. Every advertised product goes to an authorized service center for inspection. We do not change products before they have been inspected and approved by a competent person.
In accordance with the current regulations of the Republic of Croatia, the current regulations of the Law on Obligations, which regulate liability for material product defects, defects for which the seller is not responsible, and other regulations of the same law applicable in this area, apply to defects in the fulfillment of obligations.
WRITTEN COMPLAINT OF THE CONSUMER
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, we inform consumers that a written complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service can:

We will respond to your written complaint with a written response no later than 15 days from the day of receipt of your complaint.
In the written complaint, please write your first and last name, and the address for delivery of the answer.
